The tour was private. The guide was excellent--knowledgable and very considerate. The driver was very safe, always checking the car and never driving recklessly. We never felt rushed or unsafe. The accommodations were rustic and cold, but probably a bit better than many of the hostals and hotels used by other tour companies. The tour was more expensive than others, but we were paying for personal attention.
