The following agreement is between us (Triptiv) and you (as an individual or as a representative of a legal entity).

Your Dealings with Listed Providers

We are not trip providers, or the owners or operators of any travel services whatsoever. We do not get involved in the agreement between you and any provider you may become aware of or contact through the site and we have no responsibility or liability to you in respect to the services they provide, or fail to provide, relating to that agreement. We are not liable in respect of any loss or damage you may suffer as a consequence of an arrangement with any provider listed on the site. The listing of any trip provider on the site is not a recommendation from us. We do not endorse any trip provider or guarantee that the information, including price information, that they provide will be correct and/or free of typographical and grammatical errors. We do not guarantee that availability will exist for your desired time frame for any of the trips listed. We do not endorse or warrant the terms and conditions of trade of any providers listed and make no guarantees that their services will be fit for your purpose.

Copyright

You may use the site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. No commercial use of the site content is permitted. All content on the site is owned by us and protected under international copyright laws, or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. This content includes, but is not limited to, the text, design, graphics, layout, and appearance. You may not copy or use any part of the site, except as permitted by copyright, without prior written permission. Contributing to the site

By submitting reviews, feedback, or information of any kind (your content) to the site, unless we state otherwise, you:

• license us the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide right to modify, reproduce, translate, distribute, publish, publicly display and otherwise use your content on the site, in other products and materials and in the media, including the right to sublicense to third parties at our sole discretion
• consent to the modification of your content by us for the above uses or to ensure your content does not breach these terms
  
• agree that we may attribute authorship of the content to you using only the first name and country provided by you and that we are not obliged to offer you payment for said content nor the opportunity to edit or delete it once it has been submitted

You also agree not to submit any content which, in part or as a whole, breaches any laws or rights or our terms of use, including that which:
